Testing is a mandatory part of commissioning and technical certification of engineering systems and pressure vessels. We carry out control tests at facilities of various types — in industry, energy, construction, and public utilities.

Work stages:

1. Preparation of the object for testing
2. System cleaning, loop sealing, installation of pressure gauges, venting or filling with the test medium.
3. Review of technical documentation
4. Analysis of equipment passports, operating parameters, coordination of testing procedures and conditions.
5. Hydrostatic testing
6. Filling with water, gradual pressure increase, holding at calculated load, data recording, and visual inspection for leaks.
7. Pneumatic testing
8. Filling with air or inert gas, application of test pressure, monitoring of pressure drop and system tightness.
9. Mechanical testing (upon request)
10. Testing the strength and stability of structural elements or joints under external loads.
11. Result analysis and defect elimination
12. Detection of leakages, risk assessment, and if necessary — re-testing after correction of issues.
13. Documentation preparation
14. Testing protocols, hidden work reports, compliance certificates, and handover to the client.
